The Tranquil Summary
A boat-only resort of around 60 pool villas on a remote crescent of coast on the Ninh Van peninsula, reached by a 20-minute speedboat from Nha Trang. Timber villas built into the rocks, the hillside and the beach, each with a private pool, plus a spa and organic gardens.
Best for
A secluded beach and nature stay with swimming, kayaking, diving, spa treatments and very little structure. Suited to couples and families who want to arrive and not move again for several days.
Consider if
Access is by the resort's own boat, so bad weather can disrupt transfers, and once there you are committed to the resort for meals and activities with no town nearby. The setting is hilly, with some villas reached by steep paths or buggy, and the wettest months run roughly October to December.
Why it's Tranquil
The peninsula has no road access, which keeps the bay quiet and the coastline undeveloped, with jungle hillside behind and large rock formations along the shore. The villas are spaced well apart among the trees and boulders, built from timber and thatch in a deliberately rustic style, each with its own pool. The spa sits above the water, the gardens supply the kitchens, and days can be spent entirely between the beach, the pool and the sea.
